The Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated partnered with the Fort Wayne Chapter of The Links, Incorporated for the Black Family Wellness Expo at Wayne High School.

The event brought together families, health professionals and community organizations to share information and resources supporting physical and mental well-being. Through education and outreach, attendees gained access to practical tools designed to help individuals and families make informed health decisions.

Chapter members hosted an informational table where they distributed vaccine education materials and other wellness resources. Their participation reflected the chapter’s continued commitment to advancing health awareness and improving access to reliable community information.

A blood drive was also held during the expo in partnership with the American Red Cross, giving attendees an opportunity to support patients and families in need.

The Fort Wayne Alumnae Chapter extends its appreciation to the participating organizations, volunteers and community members who helped make the event a meaningful day of education, service and wellness.
